VELLARIKKA PACHADI / YELLOW CUCUMBER PACHADI Hello internet. Last time i had posted a beetroot kichadi recipe for you guys & today i'm here with a vellarikka / yellow cucumber pachadi . As it is onam season , sadya recipes are a must & so here it is . This is a yet another delicious authentic kerala sadya recipe. This recipe is also a simple & quick one . Time required to preparetion & cooking all together will be around 30 minutes . This side dish also goes well with rotis too ( as i told in previous post πŸ˜† ) . And also cooking yellow cucumber is optional . If you want a crunchy bite add chopped raw yellow cucumbers. Yes , its tastier in both ways . BEETROOT KICHADI Hello internet, i'm back πŸ˜€πŸ˜€. I know it has been a while i had posted a recipe . Today i'm here with a wonderful authentic kerala recipe. Beetroot kichadi - a side dish served along with sadya during the kerala festival "onam". This is a very simple , delicious & quick recipe. Kichadi's are an unavoidable side dish in sadya. There are many types of kichadis like beetroot , pineapple , raw mango , okra & so on. Our beetroot kichadi recipe is really a yummy & very easy one. There is nothing much to do for preparation also. Just boil beetroot & grate it , make a thick paste with rest of the ingredients & give it a tadka . Yippee.. its done. So simple right ?? I hope everyone will try our recipe for this onam . I have attached pictures (method) to make it much much easier for you guys. Okay , let me confess somethingπŸ™ˆπŸ™‰πŸ™Š. I know this is an authentic sadya recipe but i personally love to have it as a side dish for chappathi

CRUNCHY BANANA ROLLS Hello internet !! So we are back after a gap with a sweet crunchy evening snack. This is a quick , simple & very easy snack which will be loved by everyone. These rolls can be stored in freezer for a week time & can be fried as per need. If you want to have a nutty bite you can put some sliced pistachios or almonds on top of it.
