CHUKKAPPAM Hello peeps !! Hope you all are having a good day. Today we are here with a traditional kerala snack called chukkappam. Chukkappam ************* Ingredients ************ 1) Roasted rice flour - 1 cup 2) Grated coconut - 1 cup 3) Egg - 1 4) Black cumin - 1/2 tsp 5) Salt - as required 6) Oil - as required to fry Method ******** Take out 2 cup of milk from 1 cup grated coconut. Heat coconut milk in a pan along with salt & black cumin . When it boils add roasted rice flour into it & stir constantly . Now turn of the flame & put the mixture into a bowl . Let it cool for a while.  Now add egg into it & knead well with your hands to make a soft & smooth dough. Do it in a single stretch . If needed , add little water while kne
