Hello peeps !! Today we are here with a quick &  simple juice. The sweetness of apple mixed with tangy lemon along with warm , fresh & aromatic mint leaves & a spark of soda gives a very cooling & refreshing drink which you will drool for. APPLE FIZZ

Ingredients
************
1) Apple - 1/2 ( skin removed )
2) Lemon ( indian )  - half
3) Sugar - 4 Tbsp
4) Mint leaves - 5 leaves
5) Cold water - 1/2 cup
6) Ice cubes - as required
7) Soda - 2 cup


Method
********
In a mixer add ingredients 1 - 6 & blend well.
Pour half of this in the serving glass. Fill rest of the glass with soda & enjoy your cool fizziii.

1) ആപ്പിൾ - 1 ന്റെ പകുതി തൊലി കളഞ്ഞത്
2) ചെറുനാരങ്ങ - 1ന്റെ പകുതി
3) പഞ്ചസാര  - 4 ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ
4) പുതിനയില - 5എണ്ണം
5) തണുത്ത വെള്ളം  - 1/2 കപ്പ്
6) ഐസ് ക്യൂബ്  - ആവശ്യത്തിന്
7) സോഡ  - 2 കപ്പ്


തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന വിധം

1 മുതൽ 6 വരെയുള്ള ചേരുവകൾ മിക്സിയിൽ അടിച്ചെടുക്കുക. സെർവ്വ് ചെയ്യുന്ന ഗ്ലാസുകളിൽ പകുതി ഒഴിക്കുക. ബാക്കി ഭാഗം സോഡ ഒഴിച്ച് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം.

EASY / SIMPLE BUTTER CHICKEN Hello internet !!! Happy easter 😀😀😀 .. Today we are here with a lip smacking indian dish . The very famous , colourful , rich , creamy , mildly spicy & yummy butter chicken. Yeah 😋😋 .. I know ,when its the time to order a curry from an indian restaurant everyone will first look at butter chicken in the menu . Because its that delicious ❤❤ . My nephew ( jesna's son - aftab) loves to eat only fried chicken 🤪🤪. This is the first curry he tasted & he loved it soooo much .  And one interesting fact that i came to know from wikipedia is that butter chicken is a dish which is accidently made by mixing leftover chicken in a rich , creamy & buttery tomato gravy.  The recipe which we are sharing here is a very simple one which is so easy to prepare at home. SPICY CHICKEN UNNIYAPPAM Unniyappam is a traditional sweet kerala snack . But this unniyappam is not!!😝😝.  This is a spicy unniyappam made of chicken. 🍗🍗 . Ummm.....yummy right?? And im sure every 🍗 chicken lover will droool over this unniyappam. The difficulty level of this recipe is medium . But please do keep an eye over the flame because firstly we need to  keep the appachatti ( unniyappam pan) at high flame & then once the batter is poured reduce the flame from high to low - medium , otherwise there is a high chance of burning it. The level of oil which you poured in the appachatti will rise when you pour batter into it. So do consider this while pouring oil into the pan (appachatti ) .And also keep turning the unniyappams when its almost cooked .  Once the unniyappams are cooked it will start to rotate in the oil as it is detached from the sides of the pan & this is the best way to make sure that its fully cooked😀😀.
