Hello world!! 

This is a food blog by 2 sisters . Myself JINSY - I'm the one who is blogging here & i occasionally post my own recipes 😊 . My sister's name is JESNA. She is the person behind all these beautiful , scrumptious food pictures. It's her recipes which i'm posting here oftenly & obviously she is a wonderful cook ( Me too 😉 ). We basically hail from kerala & settled in U.A.E.  She is a mother of 2 naughty boys & i'm also happily married .We both are very much foodies & we both love experimenting in kitchen too. So that's how it all started & now we are sharing our experimented recipes (which is successful😆) to the world. CONE SHAWARMA Cone shawarma is a malabari evening snack / an iftaari dish during ramadan. Dont expect this recipe to be  an original arabic shawarma 🙊🙊🙅. Sorry for the name ( even i have no idea how it was named so 😆). But i'm sure that once you try this recipe you will obviously love it ( then who cares the name😬). The difficulty level of this recipe is medium. Mainly it has two procedures. 1) make chicken filling . This is the easiest part of the this recipe. Just cook chicken ( can take 250 gms of boneless chicken ) with some spices & mix with raw finely chopped veggies  & mayonnaise. 2) making cones. This is a step by step process. Knead a dough as usual & make small balls from it . Roll it , cut it into strips , wrap it into the cone & deep fry it. EASY / SIMPLE BUTTER CHICKEN Hello internet !!! Happy easter 😀😀😀 .. Today we are here with a lip smacking indian dish . The very famous , colourful , rich , creamy , mildly spicy & yummy butter chicken. Yeah 😋😋 .. I know ,when its the time to order a curry from an indian restaurant everyone will first look at butter chicken in the menu . Because its that delicious ❤❤ . My nephew ( jesna's son - aftab) loves to eat only fried chicken 🤪🤪. This is the first curry he tasted & he loved it soooo much .  And one interesting fact that i came to know from wikipedia is that butter chicken is a dish which is accidently made by mixing leftover chicken in a rich , creamy & buttery tomato gravy.  The recipe which we are sharing here is a very simple one which is so easy to prepare at home. SPICY CHICKEN UNNIYAPPAM

SPICY CHICKEN UNNIYAPPAM Unniyappam is a traditional sweet kerala snack . But this unniyappam is not!!😝😝.  This is a spicy unniyappam made of chicken. 🍗🍗 . Ummm.....yummy right?? And im sure every 🍗 chicken lover will droool over this unniyappam. The difficulty level of this recipe is medium . But please do keep an eye over the flame because firstly we need to  keep the appachatti ( unniyappam pan) at high flame & then once the batter is poured reduce the flame from high to low - medium , otherwise there is a high chance of burning it. The level of oil which you poured in the appachatti will rise when you pour batter into it. So do consider this while pouring oil into the pan (appachatti ) .And also keep turning the unniyappams when its almost cooked .  Once the unniyappams are cooked it will start to rotate in the oil as it is detached from the sides of the pan & this is the best way to make sure that its fully cooked😀😀.
