APPLE FIZZ Hello peeps !! Today we are here with a quick &  simple juice. The sweetness of apple mixed with tangy lemon along with warm , fresh & aromatic mint leaves & a spark of soda gives a very cooling & refreshing drink which you will drool for. CHEMMEN / PRAWNS CHAMMANTHI Hello peeps .. Today we are here with a very simple & delicious regional sea food recipe. Yes , its a very very traditional kerala recipe. Chemmen / prawns chammanthi which is an excellent side dish for rice . It goes well with chapathi or any kind of rotis also. It takes little time for preparation but its really worth the time. ⏰👌👌. There is not at all any  complicated methods in recipe . Marinate prawns, fry it , crush it & saute well with other ingredients & tada it is ready 💃. This can be stored in fridge for long term like achar / pickles & can be used as per need. Make sure that the mix is completely dried out. Even a little bit of water content in it will easily expire the chammanthi. 🍮CASHEW CARROT PUDDING🍮 This is a very simple , quick & tasty pudding with only very less ingredients. It takes only less than half an hour for preparation as there is nothing much to cook . Just boil the carrots & blend everything in a mixer & allow it to set in fridge for 2 - 3 hours. Its texture is so soft that it melts in your mouth. I have used shaping moulds for presenting here. The quantity of ingredients which i had given below can give a serving size upto 2 large pudding bowls.
