So we are here with a simple , tasty , fluffy & crispy breakfast option - banana pancake ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ. I'm sure everyone love to eat pancakes & its my favourite too..(as usual๐Ÿ˜†). This is a good way to feed bananas for those kids who doesn't like it raw . Adding a little bit of chocolate syrup , maple syrup or caramel syrup with a good amount of sugar dusting on top of it will make it more appealing for kids . OATS BANANA PUTTU Puttu is a kerala cuisine which is an unavoidable breakfast dish for every malayalee . The basic puttu is prepared by using rice flour & grated coconut  & goes well with kadala curry (chana) as a side dish. ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ Here we came with a unique version of puttu , yes oats banana puttu . Instead of rice flour we are using oats & also some chopped bananas too. This is a simple & easy recipe which can be done in minutes . There is no much complicated ingredients or procedures .The only thing which should be taken care of ,for the beginners is to make sure that the mixture should be like bread crumbs consistency. Do not add lot of water that ends up in being a form of dough . This is really a healthy breakfast option as we are steaming oats along with bananas.
