CHEMMEN / PRAWNS CHAMMANTHI Hello peeps .. Today we are here with a very simple & delicious regional sea food recipe. Yes , its a very very traditional kerala recipe. Chemmen / prawns chammanthi which is an excellent side dish for rice . It goes well with chapathi or any kind of rotis also. It takes little time for preparation but its really worth the time. ⏰πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ. There is not at all any  complicated methods in recipe . Marinate prawns, fry it , crush it & saute well with other ingredients & tada it is ready πŸ’ƒ. This can be stored in fridge for long term like achar / pickles & can be used as per need. Make sure that the mix is completely dried out. Even a little bit of water content in it will easily expire the chammanthi.
