Hello peeps !! Hope you all are having a good day. Today we are here with a traditional kerala snack called chukkappam. This is a simple, crispy & very tasty snack made with rice flour . Ingredients
************
1) Roasted rice flour - 1 cup2) Grated coconut - 1 cup
3) Egg - 1
4) Black cumin - 1/2 tsp
5) Salt - as required
6) Oil - as required to fry
Method

Take out 2 cup of milk from 1 cup grated coconut.
Heat coconut milk in a pan along with salt & black cumin . When it boils add roasted rice flour into it & stir constantly . Now turn of the flame & put the mixture into a bowl . Let it cool for a while. Now add egg into it & knead well with your hands to make a soft & smooth dough. Do it in a single stretch . If needed , add little water while kneading . Now make very tiny balls ( like button ) out of the dough & flatten it with the fingers ( as shown in the picture). Now heat oil in an uruli (pan) & put the flattened tiny balls of dough into it. When it becomes brown colour , drain it to tissue paper. Chukkappam is ready.

1) വറുത്ത അരിപ്പൊടി - 1കപ്പ്2) തേങ്ങ ചിരകിയത് - 1കപ്പ്
3) മുട്ട - 1എണ്ണം
4) കരിംജീരകം - 1/2 ടീസ്പൂൺ
5) ഉപ്പ് - ആവശ്യത്തിന്
6) വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ - വറുക്കാൻ ആവശ്യത്തിന്
