The combination of bread & banana with eggs , dryfruits & a pinch of elaichi gives a perfect sweet snack . This is a fabulous method to feed bananas & eggs to those kids who are picky eaters πŸ‘¦πŸ‘. This recipe is very simple to prepare as all ingredients are easily available & not at all time consuming . 🍨PINK BLOSSOM🍨 Rooh afza is famous for its  fragrance, special flavor & cooling effect . It also gives a fresh feel and energy in very hot summer. Rooh afza is used in sherbets , milk recipes , desserts ; specially in cold desserts & drinks like falooda , kulfi,  phirni  , kheer , lassi , milkshakes & so on. The key ingredients of Rooh Afza are herbs, fruits, veggies, flowers, and roots. Its a common drink in the month of ramadan. KERALA STYLE SPICY ALEESA (WHEAT MASALA KANJI ) Aleesa is the malabari version of harees / haleem. Harees is an arabic dish in which wheat is boiled & mixed with meat . Its a kind of porridge ( kanji ) which is an unavoidable dish among arab countries during the month of ramadan. These harees were introduced to hyderabadi army by arab soldiers . This is how harees reached india , particularly in hyderabad & then modified by hyderabadi people which resulted in formation of haleem. Haleem became one of the top most famous dish in hyderabad . Similarly when this reached to kerala ( among north kerala muslims) it became aleesa. Aleesa is a malabari porridge which is served during ramadan, for suhoor ( athazham ), & also for muslim salkarams ( party ). It is made by both chicken  /  mutton. RICE KEEMA PANCAKE  Pancakes are everyone's favourite mainly for breakfast or sometimes as a snack . Here we came with a unique version of pancake. The batter of pancake is made of rice instead of maida (flour) & then topped with keema. Keema is a traditional indian meat dish . SPICY SCHEZWAN CHICKEN Schezwan chicken or szechuan chicken is originally a chinese cuisine but we can see many variations of the same dish . Here the recipe which we have shared is an indo - chinese cuisine & this is also little bit spicy . The authentic recipe is done with schezwan peppers which is also known as chinese coriander. But as we already mentioned this is a schezwan chicken with indian touch, so we have used dried red chilli in this recipe along with home made red chilli paste. Its always better to use boneless tender breast pieces of chicken than a whole one. The oil which is left after frying the marinated chicken is not wasted here. We have used the same oil for gravy which adds good aroma  to the dish. This is a thick semi gravy recipe which goes very well with any kind of rotis & fried rice. OATS BANANA PUTTU Puttu is a kerala cuisine which is an unavoidable breakfast dish for every malayalee . The basic puttu is prepared by using rice flour & grated coconut  & goes well with kadala curry (chana) as a side dish. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ Here we came with a unique version of puttu , yes oats banana puttu . Instead of rice flour we are using oats & also some chopped bananas too. This is a simple & easy recipe which can be done in minutes . There is no much complicated ingredients or procedures .The only thing which should be taken care of ,for the beginners is to make sure that the mixture should be like bread crumbs consistency.
